Pumpkin Pyre is our Fall Hot Sauce. We slow bake real pumpkins in brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon, and then we throw those pumpkins in our smoker to infuse the sweet blend with a mild smokiness. Then we combine them with all the "Spooky" peppers we can.
