4 Horsemen is our Signature Red Sauce. The number one complaint we have always had with red sauces is that most are all heat and little flavor. Well, we didn't want to compromise complex flavor for blind heat. We slow smoke all our super-hot peppers for this sauce in barrel smoker with applewood. We cold smoke these peppers for hrs to make sure this sauce has a very nice smooth smokey aftertaste. It's simply good on everything!
