Bucking Hot started in OCT 2013 as best friends growing the hottest peppers we could find and daring eachother to eat them. Wasnt long before we had too many peppers and not sure what to do with them besides make hot sauce. We would bring these homemade sauces to BBQ and Chilli cook off's and it wasnt long before people began asking us to sell it. Now 9yrs later we are making some of the most unique craft sauces available anywhere!
Our Passion is making small batch Hot Sauce and BBQ items with bold distinct flavors. We maintian an uncompromising quality control from plant to bottle.
We hand raise and grow every pepper that goes into our sauces. There are zero shortcuts taken. All the pepper strains we grow come from seeds we harvest the previous yr. Our plant strains are generations strong. We are hot pepper nerds and super passionate about growing our peppers ourselves. The soil we use is all mixed in house, there are zero pesticides ever used in our gardens or grow rooms. The fertilizers we use are all organic.
We want every bottle of our sauce to take you on a journey, to compliment your food. Too many sauces overload food with heat just for the novelty of it. Our aim is to make hot sauce that deliver both heat and flavor.
