We got asked a LOT when we would make a Pork RUB. We are HUGE BBQ enthusiasts to put it mildly, and we knew this was not an undertaking that we could take lightly. The SWINE KING is our personal BBQ Rub recipe kicked into high gear. We take a large variety of super hots and cold smoke them for hrs. Then we dehydrate those smoked peppers and blend them into our dry rub.
