Cranberry/Rum Hot Sauce. This is our holiday winter hot sauce. Fresh cranberries, oranges, apples and ginger slow baked in Kraken Rum, brown sugar and fall spices. Then we add Choclate Scorpions, Purple and Choclate Ghost peppers and 7 pot peppers.
This sauce pairs amazing with poultry! A fav of ours is a few drops in chicken soup. Sweet heat and complex flavors are found here!
