We slow smoke our peppers, onions and tomatoes in a barrel smoker with a blend of applewood and whiskey barrel chips. Then we blend that mash with genuine Kentucky Bourbon. We even make our ketchup base completely from scratch. This BBQ has just the right amount of heat for the meat! The flavors are deep and complex and its sure to be the star of your next BBQ!
